This is a new page, simply made to thank the good emails I've been sent, and also to give you someone else's words other than mine. :)

I was searching Britney info on Google and stumbled upon your site and wanted to drop you a line of support. It's pretty cool to see you dedicate your time to a cause you believe in, you are a true fan. I agree that it is wrong to diss Britney Spears, though I think most of it can be directly attributed to jealousy. Hell, I'm jealous of her. She came onto the scene when I was a sophmore in high school and she seemed like a regular, lame, sugar-coated pop star. I liked her music but there was no content... although, content is NOT always necessary if you ask me. Once she did the Rolling Stone cover and the breast implant rumors surfaced, I dissed her a little, figuring that she did have a young fan base and all. But people grow up and Britney grew up. I think the thing that attracts people to Britney is the same thing that causes them to trash her as well... She's not extremely beautiful (she's very pretty though), she's not the greatest singer, she's not a scholar, and she's just kinda famous for being famous. Not to mention she's a tabloid favorite and who does not enjoy reading about her latest exploits? The truth is deep down a lot of people want to be the one person who isn't beautiful or ultra talented or anything but has enough drive, charisma, and mass appeal that can skyrocket them to fame. It took me a while to realize this about Britney Spears and now at 22, I finally figured it out. So I'll listen to her cds despite their lack of content because they're good pop tunes, I'll read about her in magazines because she's having more fun than me, and I'll long to like her because she's a sex symbol, and I won't hate on her. Why not? I like her. Anyway, good job on the site.
